Honest, up-front pricing

$8per square foot, all-inclusive — about ~$3,200 for a typical 2-car garage

  • Full diamond grind & surface prep
  • Crack and pit repair
  • Polyurea base coat
  • Decorative flake broadcast
  • Polyaspartic UV-stable topcoat
  • Cleanup and a written guarantee

How it works

Four steps, one day on site.

Most of the durability comes from the prep. We do not skip it.

Grind

We diamond-grind the bare concrete to open the surface so the coating bonds mechanically.

Repair & base

Cracks, pits and chips are filled, then we roll on the tough polyurea base coat.

Flake

Decorative vinyl flake is broadcast to full refusal for the finished look and texture.

Topcoat

A clear polyaspartic topcoat seals it all in — UV-stable, and ready to use the next day.

Better than epoxy

The epoxy look, without epoxy's weak spots.

Epoxy was the standard twenty years ago. The polyaspartic system we install is the upgrade.

Standard epoxy

  • Yellows in sunlight over time
  • Several days to cure before you can park
  • Prone to hot-tire pickup and chipping
  • Less resistant to salt and chemicals

Everclad polyaspartic

  • UV-stable — it will not yellow
  • Cures in a day; back in use in 24 to 48 hours
  • Resists hot tires, impact and abrasion
  • Stands up to salt, oil and household chemicals

Done in a single day and the price was exactly what they quoted. The floor looks better than the showroom samples.

We had old epoxy that had yellowed and was peeling. The new polyaspartic finish has held up through a full winter of salt with no issues.

Professional from the quote to the cleanup. No hidden fees, no surprises. I have already recommended them to two neighbors.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

How much does a garage floor coating cost?

Our pricing is $8 per square foot, all-inclusive, quoted up front. A typical two-car garage runs about ~$3,200. There are no hidden fees — the number we quote is the number you pay.

How long does the installation take?

One day. We grind, repair, apply the base and flake, then seal with the polyaspartic topcoat in a single visit. The polyaspartic cures fast, so you can usually walk on it the next morning and park on it within 24 to 48 hours.

Is this the same as epoxy?

It gives you the epoxy-flake look, but it is a better system. We use a polyurea base with a polyaspartic topcoat instead of standard epoxy. It is UV-stable so it will not yellow, it cures in a day rather than several, and it stands up to hot tires, salt and impact far better than epoxy.

Will it peel, chip or fade?

A coating fails when the prep is rushed. We diamond-grind the concrete to a proper profile so the coating bonds mechanically, not just sits on top. The polyaspartic topcoat resists UV, chemicals and hot-tire pickup, and the work is backed by our written workmanship guarantee.

Do I need to move everything out of the garage?

Yes — the floor needs to be clear so we can grind and coat the full surface. Move vehicles and stored items out before we arrive. If you let us know what is in there ahead of time, we will tell you exactly what needs to come out.

What areas do you serve?

We cover the North Chicago suburbs up through Milwaukee, including North Shore, Lake County, Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee. If you are near the corridor and are not sure, just call and ask.
